MTAS Determines Repair Method. MTAS will determine reasonable repair methods to restore function and safety. MTAS may repair, adjust, or replace components consistent with Plan scope.

Service Event Defined. A “Service Event” is a single dispatched visit or scheduled service addressing one or more issues reported at one time.
